Brand Marketing & Licensing Director/Manager (Beijing)
Develop and recruit licensees for cartoon and consumer products;
Ensure that the company is protected by appropriate inbound and outbound contracting and licensing of products and services;
Direct the on-going management, relationship development and revenue maximization from existing clients;
Handle all necessary correspondence from related companies, clients and/or producers requesting fee quotations and license requests for use of Company’s products;
Work closely with the transaction lead to ensure a successful reviews and business negotiations
Formulate and implement effective strategies for all marketing planning & media planning
Develop and supervise the promotion activities & marketing collaterals
Explore branding development for all marketing activities via print, online and social media
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Extensive experience in the licensing of cartoon and consumer products to third parties
A broad understanding of relevant business legislation e.g. competition law
Minimum 5 years’ experience in online & offline marketing
With brand building experience is an advantage
Ability to motivate and manage teams to deliver company targets
A proven track record in managing teams to deliver a high quality service to internal and external customers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate, creative and enthusiastic
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Those with less experience will be considered for the “manager” role
